CUSTOM CAKES

Step 1: Start by filling out a request form. You’ll have the opportunity to select flavor, fillings, colors, and decorations. We book up quickly, so we recommend ordering ahead of time. Please be sure to look at lead times for items.  Our custom cake calendar online also shows if we have any cake openings for the date you are interested in.*please note, that items like our BASIC ROUND CAKES we can sometimes fit in , even on “BOOKED” dates!

Step 2: You’ll receive an auto reply once your inquiry is received. We respond within 3 days to confirm if we can fill the order and to provide pricing options.  We do try to respond to orders in order of date needed. 

If you need cupcakes on short notice, we always have hundreds available in-store!

Step 3: Discuss options with Melissa via email, and firm up details. You’ll then receive an invoice for your final selections. If this is for a date far in the future, it may be delayed, since she sends the invoices in order of date needed. Confirm the details and put down a deposit. Your order is now locked in!

Step 4: It’s event day – time to pick up your order! Please be sure you let us know a pick up time frame 24 hours or more prior, or we won’t have your order ready until noon that day.
