Our storefront staff is NOT trained to answer questions, or take orders in person.

ORDERING PROCESS

Step 1: Start by filling out a request form. You’ll have the opportunity to select flavor, fillings, colors, and decorations. *Use the NOTES section for filling out more options you would like, or any questions:) We do NOT need cake flavors selected right away- you have time! We book up quickly, so we recommend ordering a wedding cake 6 months out. Our cake availability calendar also shows if we have any cake openings for the date you are interested in.

Check out our Facebook galleries for ideas. We have hundreds of photos of our work!

Step 2: You’ll receive an auto reply once your inquiry is received. We respond within 3 days to confirm if we can fill the order and to provide pricing options. We do try to respond to orders in order of date needed.

If you have any questions, Melissa can help!

Step 3: Discuss options with Melissa via email, and firm up details. You’ll then receive an invoice for your final selections. Confirm the details and put down a deposit. Your order is now locked in!

Step 4: It’s event day ! Please follow all notes on the invoice provided.
